Goodbye dear Friend

I was wrought through an emotional rollercoaster unlike any I have ever experienced this last week. I found out on May 5th, 2006 a friend of mine was killed in a head on collision near Elrose Saskatchewan. Now I say she was friend becasue she was my sister in Christ and at 34 had her whole life ahead of her or so we thought.
I grew up around our quiet and shy friend and didnot get eh chance to really get and know her until she became my junior youth leader then a small relationship was developed. I never did get the chance to get and know her as well as I wish I could have. She was definitly a role model for us all. She worked the nite shift at Royal Universtiy Hospital and was always know to have hard candy in her pockets. She always had a warm smile and this most annoying yet memorable laugh in the world.
I think that this week was the first time I actually broke down and cried in church and it felt good. I loved her smile and I will always remember her laughter and she was the one who put together a great womens retreat entitled simply. "WHEN LIFE GIVES YOU LEMONS MAKE LEMONADE" of course as cheesy as that line is it makes perfect asense, God will drop unexpected trials in our lives and through his help we can refresh our souls and make a great drink.
Her death was a lemon in the lives of many women but atthe same time her determination lives on in all of us.

On thursday we celebrated her life and I felt torn and drained and I still get frustrated, but God's there and I'm getting by, My friends and I are blessed to find that our boyfriends/husbands are there just to hold us when we need the vulnerable side of our radiance to be protected.

one story that we were told about Tracy(the one who passed) was that two weeks before the incident she was with her girlfriends and they were practicing for church, Tracy stated simply that If she were to die she would want the song 'I can only Imagine' to be played art her funeral, the reason being we can only imagine God's glory,, she would be in it and worshiping him for eternity.
Tracy was right and two weeks later her task fullfilled here on earth God called her home.
Of course she will always be missed as the bright sparkle eyed women who had a major knack for cnady and loving others.

\\I can Only Imagine.//
I can only imagine
What it will be like
When I walk
By your side

I can only imagine
What my eyes will see
When your face
Is before me
I can only imagine

CHORUS:
Surrounded by Your glory, what will my heart feel
Will I dance for you Jesus or in awe of you be still
Will I stand in your presence or to my knees will I fall
Will I sing hallelujah, will I be able to speak at all
I can only imagine

I can only imagine
When that day comes
And I find myself
Standing in the Son

I can only imagine
When all I will do
Is forever
Forever worship You
I can only imagine

In Memory Of Tracy Lynn Muc,
Beloved sister and friend,
Although you will be missed We know your home and happy,
and you were right we can only imagine what you get to see at this time.
